Bangin’ Chicken Wings
The air fryer will cook these chicken wings to perfection! Crispy, creamy, sweet and spicy — you’ll feel like you’re dining out with these restaurant-quality wings.

- 1 ½ tablespoons sesame oil
- ¼ teaspoon fish sauce
- 2 teaspoons coconut aminos
- 2 teaspoons sambal oelek
- 1 teaspoon erythritol sweetener
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- 910 grams chicken wings split at the joint
- ¾ tablespoon water
Instructions
- Combine sesame oil, fish sauce, coconut aminos, sambal oelek, erythritol and lime juice in a medium bowl.
- Divide mixture in half.
- Toss wings in half of sauce, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Cover and refrigerate other half.
- Preheat air fryer at 120°C for 3 minutes.
- Place water in bottom of air fryer to ensure minimum smoke from fat drippings.
- Place wings in ungreased air fryer basket and cook for 6 minutes.
- Flip wings and cook for an additional 6 minutes.
- Raise temperature on air fryer to 200°C.
- Flip wings and cook for 5 minutes.
- Flip wings once more and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Transfer wings to bowl with remaining sauce and toss.
- Serve.
