- ½ cup 72 g vital wheat gluten flour
- 1 tablespoon 15 ml extra-virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup 30 g nutritional yeast
- 1 clove garlic grated
- 1 tablespoon 15 ml vegan Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons 51 g organic ketchup
- 2 tablespoons 30 ml water
Instructions
- In a medium-size bowl, combine the wheat gluten and nutritional yeast.
- Stir in the garlic, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and water.
