The Sauce Takes Only A Few Minutes To Make And Is Significantly Better Than The Type You Can Buy At The Store, Which Can Be So Sweet It Overpowers Any Other Flavor. You Can Add Sliced Tomatoes To Your Wrap If You Like.

  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • ¼ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 1 ½ Teaspoons Cornstarch
  • ½ Cup Water
  • 1 16-Ounce Bag Frozen Fully Cooked Steak Strips
  • 1 ½ Cups Frozen Chopped Pineapple
  • 1 ½ Cups Frozen Pepper And Onion Blend
  • 6 Flatbread Wraps
  • 1 Medium Head Romaine Lettuce Cored And Separated Into Leaves
  • 1 Medium Cucumber Sliced

Instructions

  • In A Small Saucepan, Combine Soy Sauce, Brown Sugar, Honey, Garlic Powder, Ginger, Cornstarch, And Water.
  • Bring Mixture To A Simmer Over High Heat And Thicken For About 2 Minutes Before Removing From Heat.
  • Heat A Large Nonstick Skillet Over High Heat.
  • When Hot, Add Steak, Pineapple, And Peppers And Onions.
  • Sauté For 3 Minutes, Then Add Half The Teriyaki Sauce And Continue To Cook Until Everything Is Warm, About 5 More Minutes.
  • Divide Mixture Among Flatbreads, Then Add Lettuce, Cucumber, And Any Additional Teriyaki Sauce If Desired.
  • Serve Immediately.
