Best Barbecue Coleslaw
Ingredients
- Makes 8 to 10 servings / Prep: 10 min. Chill: 2 hrs.
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ cup buttermilk
- 2½ tablespoons lemon juice
- 1½ tablespoons white vinegar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
- 2 10-ounce packages finely shredded cabbage
- 1 carrot shredded
Instructions
- Whisk together first 8 ingredients in a large bowl; add cabbage and carrot, tossing to coat.
- Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
