Ingredients

  • Makes 8 to 10 servings / Prep: 10 min. Chill: 2 hrs.
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¼ cup buttermilk
  • tablespoons lemon juice
  • tablespoons white vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon pepper
  • 2 10-ounce packages finely shredded cabbage
  • 1 carrot shredded

Instructions

  • Whisk together first 8 ingredients in a large bowl; add cabbage and carrot, tossing to coat.
  • Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
