Ingredients

  • 16 thin slices of baguette or long-loaf bread
  • ½ pound blue cheese such as Cabrales, Gorgonzola, or Roquefort, at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon brandy
  • Finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
