Blueberry Skyr Bowl
Ingredients
- 175 g frozen blueberries
- 300 g Skyr
- 1 tbsp. Oat flakes tender as a blossom
- 3 tablespoons rice syrup
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Instructions
- Let the frozen blueberries thaw slightly, put a handful of berries aside.
- Pureefinely the blueberries, skyr, oatmeal, milk and rice syrup.
- Pour the skyr and blueberry mix into two bowls.
- Top with hemp and chia seeds.
