Blueberry Skyr Bowl

Ingredients

  • 175 g frozen blueberries
  • 300 g Skyr
  • 1 tbsp. Oat flakes tender as a blossom
  • 3 tablespoons rice syrup
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

Instructions

  • Let the frozen blueberries thaw slightly, put a handful of berries aside.
  • Pureefinely the blueberries, skyr, oatmeal, milk and rice syrup.
  • Pour the skyr and blueberry mix into two bowls.
  • Top with hemp and chia seeds.
