Bold and Spicy Beef Chili

- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 4 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 onions chopped
- 2 cans 28 oz each tomatoes
- 1 can 15 oz chili beans
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the margarine over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef, season with salt and pepper to taste, and crumble it while browning.
- Once the beef is browned, add Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, sugar, and chopped onions.
- Cook until the onions are almost translucent.
- Chop the tomatoes and add them to the skillet along with the chili beans.
- Stir well to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low.
- Simmer uncovered for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally, until the chili thickens and the flavors meld together.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
