Borracho Beans
Ingredients
- 3 cups dried pinto beans
- 3 quarts water
- 12 oz dark beer
- Salt
- 3 garlic cloves – minced
- 2 serrano peppers – seeded and minced
- 1 lb bacon – cut
- 1 onion – chopped
- 3 Roma tomatoes – chopped
- 1 cup cilantro – minced
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except cilantro in crock pot on low for 8-9 hours
