Ingredients

  • 3 cups dried pinto beans
  • 3 quarts water
  • 12 oz dark beer
  • Salt
  • 3 garlic cloves – minced
  • 2 serrano peppers – seeded and minced
  • 1 lb bacon – cut
  • 1 onion – chopped
  • 3 Roma tomatoes – chopped
  • 1 cup cilantro – minced

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients except cilantro in crock pot on low for 8-9 hours
