Brie & Biscoff Delight
Ingredients
- 3 oz. Brie cheese
- Biscoff spread crunchy or smooth
- 2 slices of Hawaiian sweet bread or other specialty bread
- Butter or butter spread
Instructions
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Spread Brie cheese on the opposite side of each slice.
- Spread a generous layer of Biscoff spread on top of the Brie.
- Sandwich the slices together, buttered sides facing outwards.
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Cook the sandwich for about 4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Serve hot and enjoy the gooey, indulgent goodness!
