Brie & Biscoff Delight

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. Brie cheese
  • Biscoff spread crunchy or smooth
  • 2 slices of Hawaiian sweet bread or other specialty bread
  • Butter or butter spread

Instructions

  • Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  • Spread Brie cheese on the opposite side of each slice.
  • Spread a generous layer of Biscoff spread on top of the Brie.
  • Sandwich the slices together, buttered sides facing outwards.
  • Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  • Cook the sandwich for about 4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Serve hot and enjoy the gooey, indulgent goodness!

Wine Advice:
