Broccoli Casserole

People who don’t really care for broccoli will find themselves scooping up a second helping of this creamy casserole.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups steamed broccoli florets about 1 large head, chopped
  • ¼ cup peeled diced brown onion
  • ½ cup diced white mushrooms
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 ½ tablespoons sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup coarsely crushed Cheddar cheese crisps

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine broccoli, onion, mushrooms, egg, sour cream, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
  • Spoon mixture into a round cake barrel.
  • Preheat air fryer at 180°C for 3 minutes.
  • Cook casserole for 14 minutes.
  • Remove barrel from air fryer and let rest for 10 minutes.
  • Evenly distribute crushed Cheddar cheese crisps over the top of casserole and serve warm.
