  • Chicken breast skinless boneless 2 pounds, cut it in 1-inch size Chopped, cauliflower head 1 small (about 4 cups)

  • Chopped fresh medium mushrooms ½ pounds
  • Chopped onion 1 large
  • Finely chopped carrots 2 medium
  • Chicken broth low-sodium 1 cup
  • Softened cream cheese 4 ounces
  • Olive oil 2 tablespoons
  • Sage leaves 2 teaspoons dried
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Pepper ½ teaspoon
  • Cheddar cheese 1 cup shredded
  • Cooked brown rice as needed

Instructions

  • Take a 6-qt.
  • slow cooker, add and combine the 1 to 6 ingredients in it.
  • Then take a small bowl, whisk the broth, pepper, salt, sage, oil, cream cheese, and pour it on the mixture of chicken.
