Ingredients
- 1 pound of ground chicken
- ¾ cup of Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon of onion powder
- 2 green onions thinly sliced
- Kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
- ¾ cup of buffalo sauce
- ¼ cup blue cheese dressing optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, Panko breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, sliced green onions, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well using clean hands.
- Roll the mixture into 1 ¼-inch meatballs, making about 24 meatballs.
- Place the meatballs on the prepared cookie sheet and bake for 4 to 5 minutes to brown the sides.
- Transfer the browned meatballs to a slow cooker and add the buffalo sauce.
- Toss the meatballs to ensure they are completely coated with the sauce.
- Cook the meatballs in the slow cooker on low heat for two hours.
