Ingredients

  • ¼ cup fat-free plain yogurt
  • cup reduced-fat buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
  • 1 small garlic clove minced
  • 2 tablespoons minced scallions
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Combine yogurt, buttermilk, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, scallions, and pepper in a bowl, and stir.
