Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh mozzarella
- 4 large or 6 medium ripe tomatoes sliced
- 1 bunch basil stems removed and discarded
- Extra-virgin olive oil for drizzling
- Flaky sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- On a large plate or platter, layer mozzarella and tomato slices in an alternating pattern.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
