Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh mozzarella
  • 4 large or 6 medium ripe tomatoes sliced
  • 1 bunch basil stems removed and discarded
  • Extra-virgin olive oil for drizzling
  • Flaky sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • On a large plate or platter, layer mozzarella and tomato slices in an alternating pattern.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
