Ingredients
- ½ cup carob powder
- ½ cup honey
- 1 cup almond or cashew butter
- Unsweetened coconut for rolling
Instructions
Mix Carob and Honey:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the carob powder and honey.
- Stir until well blended and smooth.
Add Nut Butter:
- Add the almond or cashew butter to the carob-honey mixture.
- Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and a dough-like consistency forms.
Form Balls:
- With slightly wet hands, scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls between your palms.
- Aim for approximately 1-inch diameter balls.
Roll in Coconut:
- Roll each ball in unsweetened coconut until fully coated.

Chill:
