Ingredients
- 6 large carrots
- 2 stalks celery cut into 1-inch chunks
- Handful of parsley
- 2 cloves of garlic
Instructions
- Wash the carrots, celery, parsley, and garlic under cold water.
- Trim off the ends of the carrots and cut them into pieces that will fit into your juicer chute.
- Cut the celery into 1-inch chunks.
- Peel the garlic cloves.
- Place the carrots, celery, parsley, and garlic into the juicer and run them through according to the manufacturer’s instructions, extracting all the juice.
- Optional: If desired, strain the juice through a fine-mesh strainer to remove any pulp and obtain a smoother consistency.
