Ingredients

  • 2 cups of carrot slices
  • 4 teaspoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • Parsley for garnishing
  • 2 cloves of chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions

  • Take a large bowl.
  • Add the black pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika and salt into the bowl.
  • Mix all the ingredients well.
  • Add the carrots and olive oil into the pan.
  • Cook the ingredients well and add the chopped garlic and the spice mix formed above.
  • Cook the mixture for about 10-15 minutes.
  • Add the parsley into the pan.
  • Dish out when done.
  • The dish is ready to be served.
