Instructions

  • Coat each cutlet with additional bread crumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Once the oil is hot, carefully place the cutlets in the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Remove the cutlets from the pan and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  • Serve the cheesy egg cutlets hot.
