Cheese Olive Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 5 oz. jar cheese spread
  • ½ cup margarine softened
  • 35 to 40 stuffed green olives

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cheese spread, and softened margarine until a dough forms.
  • Take a small portion of the dough and flatten it in your hand.
  • Place a stuffed green olive in the center of the flattened dough and wrap the dough around the olive, covering it completely.
  • Repeat with the remaining olives and dough.
  • Place the wrapped olives on the prepared baking sheet and freeze for about 10 minutes to firm up.
  • Bake the frozen cheese olive wraps in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
  • Serve the Cheese Olive Wraps warm as an appetizer.
