Cheese Spread (Variation 3)

Ingredients

  • cups water
  • 4 cups milk
  • teaspoons baking soda
  • 5 pounds American cheese slices

Instructions

  • Heat water and milk until boiling.
  • Stir in baking soda and cheese, one slice at a time, stirring until melted and smooth.
  • Cool completely before serving.
