Ingredients
- 3½ cups water
- 4 cups milk
- 2½ teaspoons baking soda
- 5 pounds American cheese slices
Instructions
- Heat water and milk until boiling.
- Stir in baking soda and cheese, one slice at a time, stirring until melted and smooth.
