Cheesy Bacon Mini Meatloaves for Kids
Tasty mini meatloaves packed with beef, bacon, and veggies—perfect for little hands!

Ingredients
For the Meatloaves:
- 2 tablespoons bacon chopped
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 bell pepper chopped
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 pound ground beef
- ½ teaspoon dried basil
- ½ teaspoon dried mustard seeds
- ½ teaspoon dried marjoram
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- ½ cup panko crumbs
- 4 tablespoons tomato puree
Instructions
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the chopped bacon for 1–2 minutes, then add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic.
- Cook for 3 minutes or until fragrant.
- Remove from heat and transfer to a mixing bowl.
- Add the ground beef, basil, mustard seeds, marjoram, salt, black pepper, and panko crumbs.
- Mix well until combined.
- Shape the mixture into four mini meatloaves.
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 350°F (175°C) and spritz the cooking basket with nonstick spray.
- Place the mini meatloaves in the basket and cook for 10 minutes.
- Flip the meatloaves, top each with a tablespoon of tomato puree, and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
