For the Meatloaves:

  • 2 tablespoons bacon chopped
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon dried mustard seeds
  • ½ teaspoon dried marjoram
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • ½ cup panko crumbs
  • 4 tablespoons tomato puree

Instructions

  • Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook the chopped bacon for 1–2 minutes, then add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic.
  • Cook for 3 minutes or until fragrant.
  • Remove from heat and transfer to a mixing bowl.
  • Add the ground beef, basil, mustard seeds, marjoram, salt, black pepper, and panko crumbs.
  • Mix well until combined.
  • Shape the mixture into four mini meatloaves.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 350°F (175°C) and spritz the cooking basket with nonstick spray.
  • Place the mini meatloaves in the basket and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Flip the meatloaves, top each with a tablespoon of tomato puree, and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
