Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ cup milk
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cooked and chopped bacon
- 1 thinly chopped onion
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F.
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix until well blended.
- Grease the muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
- Pour the batter evenly into each muffin cup.
- Place the muffin cups in the air fryer and bake for 15 minutes.
- Carefully remove the muffins from the air fryer and allow them to cool.
- Serve and enjoy your cheesy bacon muffins!
