Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices cooked and chopped bacon
  • 1 thinly chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 360°F.
  • In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix until well blended.
  • Grease the muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
  • Pour the batter evenly into each muffin cup.
  • Place the muffin cups in the air fryer and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Carefully remove the muffins from the air fryer and allow them to cool.
  • Serve and enjoy your cheesy bacon muffins!
