Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 10 oz. box frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 8 oz. jar cheddar cheese sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare Broccoli:

  • Cook broccoli according to package instructions, but for 2 minutes less than directed.
  • Drain and set aside.

Prepare Chicken:

  • Slice chicken breasts into thin strips.

Prepare Casserole Dish:

  • Butter a 9×12 inch casserole dish.

Assemble Dish:

  • Arrange a layer of cooked broccoli in the casserole dish.

  • Repeat layers or use only one layer, as desired.

Combine and Bake:

  • Pour the melted cheese sauce evenly over the broccoli and chicken.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.

Season and Serve:

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving
