  • 2 Cubes Frozen Crushed Garlic
  • 1 15-Ounce Can Petite Diced Tomatoes, Drained
  • 2 15-Ounce Cans Black Beans, Drained And Rinsed
  • 1 ½ Cups Frozen Corn
  • 1 28-Ounce Can Green Enchilada Sauce
  • 1 12-Ounce Bag Corn Tortilla Chips
  • 3 Cups 12 Ounces Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Medium Avocado Peeled, Pitted, And Diced
  • ½ Cup Sour Cream

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven To 450°F.
  • Grease A 9″ × 13″ Pan With Nonstick Spray.
  • In A Large Skillet Over High Heat, Cook Ground Beef With Salt, Pepper, And Garlic Until Meat Is No Longer Pink, About 5 Minutes.
  • Add Tomatoes, Black Beans, And Corn.
