Ingredients
- ½ lb penne pasta
- 2 oz grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 oz grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Cook Penne:
- Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.
- Drain and return the cooked pasta to the pot.
Add Cheeses:
- Add the grated mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, butter, olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste to the cooked penne pasta.
Toss Pasta:
- Toss the pasta and cheese mixture over low heat until the mozzarella cheese starts to melt and coats the pasta evenly.
