Cheesy Tomatoes and Asparagus
This is another take on the classic tomatoes and asparagus combination.
Ingrediënten
- 1 Cup Trimmed Asparagus Spears
- 1 ½ Cups Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 Minced Garlic Clove
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
- 1 Cup Crumbled Feta
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructies
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil and brown the garlic.
- Toss in the asparagus and tomatoes.
- Cook until tender and then add the vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Plate and then sprinkle cheese on top.
- Microwave for about 20 seconds to soften the cheese.
- Serve immediately.
