- 6 Cups Vegetable Broth
- 1 Cup Half And Half
- 2 Cups 8 Ounces Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 12-Ounce Bag Frozen Broccoli Florets
- 1 12-Ounce Bag Frozen Cauliflower
- 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Instructies
- Heat A Large Pot Over High Heat.
- When Hot, Add Butter, Garlic, Onions, Carrots, Mushrooms, And Celery.
- Sauté Until Vegetables Soften, About 3–4 Minutes.
- Add Flour And Stir.
- Reduce Heat To Medium-High And Cook For 1 Minute Before Adding Broth.
