Get a bowl and mix the sugar, soy sauce, and mirin and dashi stock in this bowl.
Take a pot and boil the noodles for 2 minutes.
Rinse with cold water and mix some oil in noodles.
Heat canola oil in a pan.
Cook chicken in it for about 20 minutes until tender.
When the chicken is cooked, add celery, mushrooms, carrot and onion in it.
Stir it well so all mix well.
Now add the green onions along with the noodles, tofu and dashi mixture.
Now when the entire mixture simmers, then serve it in a big bowl to enjoy it with your family!
