Chicken Lo Mein

- ¾ Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 8 Ounces Uncooked Spaghetti
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 ¼ Teaspoons Oyster Sauce
- 2 Teaspoons Granulated Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Toasted Sesame Oil
- ½ Teaspoon Sriracha
- 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 2 Cubes Frozen Crushed Ginger
- 2 Cubes Frozen Crushed Garlic
- 1 Cup Frozen Sliced White Mushrooms
- 2 Cups Thinly Sliced Napa Cabbage
- 2 Cups Frozen Pepper And Onion Blend
- 2 Cups Frozen Fully Cooked Grilled Chicken Breast Strips
Instructions
- In A Medium Pot, Bring 2 Quarts Water To A Boil.
- Add Salt And Spaghetti.
- Cook For 9 Minutes And Drain.
- While Pasta Is Cooking, In A Small Bowl, Mix Soy Sauce, Oyster Sauce, Sugar, Sesame Oil, And Sriracha.
- Set Aside.
- Heat A Large Skillet Over High Heat.
- When Hot, Add Vegetable Oil, Ginger, Garlic, Mushrooms, And Cabbage.
- Sauté For 3 Minutes, Then Add Peppers And Onions And Chicken.
- Cook For Another 4–5 Minutes.
- Add Soy Sauce Mixture And Cooked Spaghetti, Then Toss To Combine.
- Serve Warm.
