Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies

- Brown sugar 150g
- Butter unsalted 125g
- Chocolate chips 200g
- Eggs 1
- Flour all-purpose 250g

- Sugar granulated 100g
- Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Instructies
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Beat in egg and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cookies cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
