Ingredients

  • 100 g butter
  • 75 g soft brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp golden syrup
  • 175 g self raising flour
  • 100 g dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp milk

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 180°C/ Gas 4
  • Grease x 2 baking trays
  • Cream butter and sugar until light.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Place a teaspoonful on prepared tray
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes
