Ciabatta Pizza Loaf

Ingredients

Servings: 6 slices

  • 1 ciabatta loaf cold and sliced in half lengthwise 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • ½ tsp basil dried
  • ½ tsp oregano dried
  • 1 cup provolone cheese freshly grated
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese freshly grated
  • ½ cup Fontina cheese freshly grated
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese finely grated
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese for topping
  • A handful of mini pepperoni for topping
  • A pinch of fresh basil for topping
  • A pinch of fresh oregano for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425 F.
  • Next, drizzle your sliced ciabatta bread with olive oil + garlic +
  • marinara sauce+ dried basil + oregano.
  • Mix all the different cheeses together and evenly sprinkle on top of the bread slices.
  • Top with the mini pepperoni and bake for 20 minutes, until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle parmesan cheese and fresh herbs on top.
  • Slice and serve.
