Ciabatta Pizza Loaf
Ingredients
Servings: 6 slices
- 1 ciabatta loaf cold and sliced in half lengthwise 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- ½ tsp basil dried
- ½ tsp oregano dried
- 1 cup provolone cheese freshly grated
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese freshly grated
- ½ cup Fontina cheese freshly grated
- ½ cup parmesan cheese finely grated
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese for topping
- A handful of mini pepperoni for topping
- A pinch of fresh basil for topping
- A pinch of fresh oregano for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425 F.
- Next, drizzle your sliced ciabatta bread with olive oil + garlic +
- marinara sauce+ dried basil + oregano.
- Mix all the different cheeses together and evenly sprinkle on top of the bread slices.
- Top with the mini pepperoni and bake for 20 minutes, until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle parmesan cheese and fresh herbs on top.
- Slice and serve.
