Ingredients

Enough for marinating approximately 4 steaks

  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • ½ cup soy sauce gluten-free if needed
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Hungarian sweet paprika
  • 1 tablespoon powdered or grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon serrano chili powder

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine lemon juice, soy sauce, paprika, Hungarian sweet paprika, Parmesan cheese, and serrano chili powder.
  • Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
  • Place steaks in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag.
  • Pour the marinade over the steaks, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  • Cover the dish or seal the bag, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best flavor.
  • When ready to cook, remove the steaks from the marinade and discard any excess marinade.
  • Grill the steaks to your desired level of doneness.
