Citrus-Infused Steak Domani Marinade

Ingredients
Enough for marinating approximately 4 steaks
- ½ cup lemon juice
- ½ cup soy sauce gluten-free if needed
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon Hungarian sweet paprika
- 1 tablespoon powdered or grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon serrano chili powder
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine lemon juice, soy sauce, paprika, Hungarian sweet paprika, Parmesan cheese, and serrano chili powder.
- Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
- Place steaks in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag.
- Pour the marinade over the steaks, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Cover the dish or seal the bag, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best flavor.
- When ready to cook, remove the steaks from the marinade and discard any excess marinade.
- Grill the steaks to your desired level of doneness.
