Classic Cheese Omelette
Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 ounces grated cheese cheddar or your favorite cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Chopped parsley or cress for garnish
Instructions

- Once the omelette is cooked to your liking, carefully fold it in half using a spatula.
- Transfer the folded omelette onto a heated plate.
- Garnish with chopped parsley or cress.
