Ingredients

  • 1 large chicken cooked, boned, and cut into small pieces
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt

  • 1 cup cream or rich milk
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • Favorite biscuit dough enough to cover the baking dish
  • Melted butter for brushing

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken pieces with any accumulated broth from cooking.
  • Season with salt and pepper, stirring to combine.
