Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix properly.
Add water little by little until you have a smooth mixture.
The rest 1 tbsp of water keep for drizzling the preheated oven to make steam while baking.
Cover with a plastic wrap and allow the dough to rest for 15 minutes.
Once 15 minutes have elapsed, stretch and fold the dough and flip.
Continue this process over a period of 2 hours.
Once ready, divide into 3 equal parts and create rectangle shapes.
In the meantime, start preheating your oven until it reaches 500 F.
While at it, insert a bread pan in the bottom rack and fill it with water.
Stretch the rectangular dough into small cylinders and seal the seams.
Next, roll them until they’re 15 inches wider.
Next, lightly flour your baguette baking trays and place the dough pieces, seam side facing up.
Open the oven and slide the baguettes baking trays inside.
Bake for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes rotate the baguettes.
Reduce the temperature to 450 F and continue baking for 15 more minutes.
Remove, slice, and enjoy.
