Classic Pasta Puttanesca

Ingredients
- 3 to 6 cloves garlic chopped
- ⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 2 15- oz. cans diced tomatoes drained
- ⅛ teaspoon dried oregano
- ¼ cup dried parsley
- 3.8- oz. can chopped black olives drained
- 8- oz. package spaghetti cooked
Garnish:
- Grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped garlic and red pepper flakes in olive oil until golden.
- Add drained diced tomatoes and dried oregano.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in dried parsley and drained black olives; cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to mix.
- Transfer to a large serving bowl.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Serve the Classic Pasta Puttanesca.
