  • ½ cup soy mayonnaise
  • Lettuce leaves for serving
  • Apple wedges for garnish
  • Pecan halves for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped organic apples, chopped celery, chopped nuts, and soy mayonnaise.
  • Toss gently until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and chill the Waldorf salad in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
