Ingredients

  • 3 cups organic dates pitted and halved
  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions

Prepare Date Dough:

  • Run the pitted and halved dates through a Green Power or Champion Juicer with the blank attachment in place to form a soft dough.
  • Alternatively, use a food processor to blend the dates into a smooth, sticky paste.

Shape and Coat Cookies:

  • Wet your hands slightly to prevent sticking.

  • Roll each ball in the unsweetened shredded coconut until evenly coated.

Chill and Serve:
