Ingredients
- 3 cups organic dates pitted and halved
- 1 ½ cups unsweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
Prepare Date Dough:
- Run the pitted and halved dates through a Green Power or Champion Juicer with the blank attachment in place to form a soft dough.
- Alternatively, use a food processor to blend the dates into a smooth, sticky paste.
Shape and Coat Cookies:
