Cranberry Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound chicken breast sliced into strips
- 4 cups fresh baby spinach
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ¼ cup walnuts crushed
- ⅛ cup feta cheese crumbled
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken until the meat is no longer pink.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
- Spread the spinach over a plate.
- Distribute the cranberries and walnuts evenly.
- Add the chicken and top with the feta
