Ingredients
- 1 12-ounce package cranberries
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup tangerine or orange juice
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 –2 teaspoons cinnamon
Instructions
- In a kettle or saucepan, combine cranberries, water, and juice.
- Boil until berries pop, then cool for 1 hour.
- Blend berry mixture until smooth.
- Back in the kettle or saucepan, combine sugar and cinnamon with berry mixture.
- Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Simmer until thickened, stirring often.
- Ladle into clean jars.
- Process for 10 minutes in boiling-water bath.
