Ingredients

Ingredients for 7–9 Servings

  • ¾ cup 170 g Granulated sugar
  • 1.5 oz 40 g Dried milk powder
  • 2 cups 500 ml Milk
  • ¾ cups 200 ml Heavy

Instructions

  • Mix the granulated sugar with the dried milk powder.
  • Add the milk and cream and bring to a boil once.
  • Mix for 5 minutes and then sieve.
  • Place in the ice cream machine or freeze in a shallow pan, stirring occasionally.
