Cream Ice Cream
Ingredients
Ingredients for 7–9 Servings
- ¾ cup 170 g Granulated sugar
- 1.5 oz 40 g Dried milk powder
- 2 cups 500 ml Milk
- ¾ cups 200 ml Heavy
Instructions
- Mix the granulated sugar with the dried milk powder.
- Add the milk and cream and bring to a boil once.
- Mix for 5 minutes and then sieve.
- Place in the ice cream machine or freeze in a shallow pan, stirring occasionally.
