Recept afdrukken
Peel and dice potatoes.
Cook until soft in water, slightly salted.
Drain until nearly dry.
While potatoes cook, melt butter or margarine.
Stir in flour and seasonings to form paste.
Gradually add milk, over heat, stirring constantly.
When sauce comes to boil, cook for 1 minute until it is smooth and thickened.
Add cheese, if desired, stirring until it melts.
Fold sauce into cooked potatoes and serve.
