Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups cooked chicken cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 cup celery chopped
- 2 tablespoons onions minced
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 1 ½ cups cooked rice
- 1 can 10.5 oz. cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup Special K cereal or crushed cornflakes
- ¼ cup almonds
- 2 tablespoons margarine melted
Instructions
Cook Rice:
- Cook the rice according to the instructions on the box.
- Drain and set aside.
Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
Combine Ingredients:
