Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded thin
- 4 oz. cream cheese softened
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp chopped chives
- 8 slices bacon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, garlic powder, parsley, and chives until well combined.
- Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the inside of each chicken breast.
- Starting from the smallest end, roll up each chicken breast tightly.
- Wrap 2 slices of bacon around each rolled chicken breast, securing them with toothpicks if needed.
- Place the chicken roll-ups seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy.
- If desired, broil the chicken roll-ups for an additional 5 minutes to brown the bacon further.
- Remove toothpicks before serving.
