Creamy Coleslaw
Country shredded cabbage mix has red, green, and traditional cabbage.
Ingredients
Makes about 4 cups / Prep: 10 min.
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2¼ teaspoons cider vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
- Hot sauce to taste
- 1 10-ounce bag country shredded cabbage mix
Instructions
- Whisk together first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add cabbage just before serving, tossing to coat.
- Serve immediately, or chill up to 1 hour, if desired.
