Creamy Honey-Herb Dip
If you don’t have time to steam vegetables, serve this dip with a deli vegetable tray from the supermarket.

- 2 green onions
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 8-ounce container sour cream
- 1½ tablespoons stone-ground mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 1 teaspoon anchovy paste optional
Instructies
- Process first 7 ingredients and, if desired, anchovy paste in a food processor or blender until smooth; cover and chill.
