Creamy Honey-Herb Dip

    • 2 green onions
    • 1 garlic clove
    • 1 8-ounce container sour cream
    • tablespoons stone-ground mustard
    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
    • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste optional

    Instructions

    • Process first 7 ingredients and, if desired, anchovy paste in a food processor or blender until smooth; cover and chill.
