  • 8 or 9 potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 1 12 oz. package fat-free cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup fat-free sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter or margarine
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil.
